The A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 1 High OG 'Airness' is the next chapter after the successful collaboration between the two creative partners on the Air Jordan 3 in spring 2021. This iconic silhouette receives a unique update, as the traditional leather construction is replaced with a textured suede upper in an understated off-white shade. Luxurious details can be found in the burgundy snakeskin accents on the collar and Swoosh, as well as the quilted satin lining in the same rich autumnal hue. The classic Wings logo appears on the collar flap, while the interior side showcases MJ's signature and an inspiring inscription: 'You have to expect things of yourself before you can do them.' Additional branding elements include a woven tongue tag featuring both Nike Air and A Ma Maniére logos. The high-top sneaker rests on a pre-yellowed midsole and a burgundy rubber outsole.

For walking on all terrains, including rocky ones, this casual sneaker serves well. The shoe is also well-priced. Just be sure to buy a slightly longer size for best fit and comfort; NB is a tight, round toe.

This is a nicely made driving shoe for occasional use. After all it is only an $80 shoe, just what you would expect from a shoe priced in this category fit was about 1/2 size more than a normal street shoe; and about a 1/2 size less than my normal New Balance size (NB runs one size more than normal street shoes)
The trim outline of the shoe aids in driving small sports cars with narrow clutch/brake areas.

The shoes seem well made and are very comfortable. I always insert orthotics in shoes, so I'm adding my own support. These are my first ever pair of shoes with elastic laces. They're difficult to tie. But, I'll keep using them for now. The climate in my area is very mild, so it won't be a tough test site for these shoes in hot or rainy weather. Good initial impressions.
