The Air Jordan 13 Retro 'Black Flint' wraps the heritage model in a color scheme that hearkens back to the 1998 'Flint' colorway. With black mesh overlays reigning over the upper, it pairs a white leather toe box with synthetic grey suede across the midfoot and collar. A sleek crimson Jumpman bedecks the white leather tongue, while the holographic 'cat eye' characteristic of the 13 line enlivens the lateral ankle. The sneaker is anchored by a panther paw outsole, bolstered with white herringbone traction pods and an exposed carbon fiber shank plate.

They fit like all converse. On the narrow and long side. Knowing this, I went a half a size down when ordering for my husband. So instead of his normal size 11.5, I got him an 11 and they fit perfectly.

I have the size 8. They have a weight of 8.25oz each. So they are quite lightweight. This is because the sole is Ethylene Vinyl Acetate (plastic). The upper is mesh and breathable. There is a nice padded footbed, which is removable. Slight bit of arch support. Not much padding around the heel / ankle. They are a little slick on the bottom. Very attractive look.
These shoes are Made in China and being sold by a Chinese company on Amazon. At the current price of 43 bucks, they are at least 10 bucks overpriced, but they are very attractive and nice overall.

My son will not wear shoes that have to be laced so it's always iffy when I try to get him new shoes but he took to these right away. He even quit wearing the 'skater shoes' he's worn for years because they were the most comfortable he could find and were so easy to put on. The fact that they're Sketchers is a plus since that is my favorite brand of shoes Honestly I have nothing bad to say about these shoes. The size ran true to size, they're comfortable to wear, and my demon child practically lives in them now (that's no small feat)
