Drawing inspiration from Michael Jordan's alma mater, the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG 'UNC Toe' reintroduces the distinctive color blocking that was first seen on the 'Bred Toe' AJ1 in 2018. This high-top sneaker features an all-leather upper, with white quarter panels and contrasting black accents on the iconic Swoosh and forefoot overlay. University Blue accents adorn the toe box, heel, and collar flap, complemented by a retro Wings logo on the lateral side. A woven Nike tag on the breathable nylon tongue adds an OG-inspired touch. The sneaker offers lightweight cushioning with a white rubber midsole, incorporating an Air-sole heel unit encapsulated in a polyurethane wedge. The blue rubber outsole ensures durable traction with every step.

I use these composite toe safety shoes at work. I spend most of the day on my feet on concrete, the memory foam keeps my feet feeling good. The ANSI rating is high enough for the work I do and the composite toe vs steel toe is a much lighter shoe. I order my work shoes from Amazon exclusively and Skechers maintains a consistency in their sizing that makes this an easy choice.

The sneakers themselves are super cute and stylish. They are well made and go well with both joggers and jeans. The problem is we ordered 14 but received size 13. Hubs was able to push his foot in but it was a tight fit. Size 14 would have been a better fit. Disappointed.

Classics. They go with practically everything casual and are very comfortable. They're on the snug side of "fit as expected" without socks, so with socks you might want to go up a half size...at least in my experience with 10.5 M. I have other Vans classics, and these run just slightly smaller than the lace-ups in my experience.
