Created in collaboration with Chitose Abe's esteemed fashion label, the Sacai x Nike VaporWaffle 'Dark Iris' presents a captivating color palette on a retro-inspired silhouette that seamlessly merges design elements from the classic Pegasus 83 and the contemporary Vaporfly. The reimagined upper boasts a luxurious purple nylon base, accentuated by striking burnt orange details on the leather Swoosh and heel tab, proudly displaying both Nike and Sacai branding. Emphasizing the doubled-up theme, a second printed Swoosh adorns the shoe, reflecting the same motif found on the tongues and laces. I bought these for my 3 year old who is in a size 9 right now and these are way too big on him. Even with thick socks. But we love converse and this isn't his first pair. They do run about a size too large but I knew that and was anticipating him growing into them. The brand is perfect for a rough and tumble little boy! We got the elastic laces for them too so they're easy to slip on and off (even when he grows into them the rest of the way) which makes them even better!

Couple of years ago I purchased a pair of Skechers slip-ons and though I wore them everyday, they were dangerous. They would slip off, they provided no support, and countless times I came close to turning an ankle...still I wore them for several years. I decided enough was enough and I gambled on these slip ons, and LOVE THEM. They fit perfectly (size 13 narrow foot), they provide decent support and generous cushion. They are super comfortable and are very stable. I would not run in them, but they are great for all casual situations...even wore them to church when I was feeling really casual.

For 40 bucks I didn't think these would be much, but my first take is that they seem well made and are super comfortable. Don't know how they will hold up, but they say they are machine washable, which is a huge plus if they come out of the wash in good shape. Very good packaging, great price and fast delivery. I'm not able to tie laces anymore and slip on shoes are a new must for me so if you're in the same boat, I'd say give them a try.

The color is a bit greener than it looks online, not a deal breaker but definitely walk past a jar of green olives and use that as a guide for the color and not the image you see online.

This is the Brooks Beast. It's awesome for people with flat feet and a pronation. It fit as I expected, but for the last couple of years, they have been running a little small. I used to wear a size 12, but I've needed a 12.5 from this shoe since 2013 or so. I still wear a 12 in other brands. I've been told, but running shoe specialists, that this is the only shoe in its class. He said that the only other shoe that came close was recently removed from the market...

Looks of the sneaker is fantastic. The comfort after the fist day of breaking in is very nice. Love the leather. When ordering pick a half size smaller from what your normally wear,this was recommended by a previous review and it was dead on. I would recommend this shoe.

Stiff-feeling - especially around the ankle. I've gone through three pairs of these shoes in black/oatmeal, and they were not stiff at all at any point in time. Not sure what is up with this particular pair. Hoping they will break-in fairly quickly once Spring comes and I wear them more often.
