The 2023 edition of the Air Jordan 3 Retro 'Fear' reintroduces a colorway from 2013 that was originally released alongside Air Jordan 4 and 5 models. Featuring a dark grey nubuck upper, this AJ3 is accentuated by tonal elephant print overlays on the forefoot and heel. The collar and tongue are constructed with black suede and showcase a stitched Jumpman logo in Total Orange. The vibrant color is also used for the eyelets and a second Jumpman icon on the back heel. Adding lightweight cushioning, an orange-tinged Air-sole unit is incorporated into a tri-tone polyurethane midsole.

I find the Fitsmart Low comfortable and easy to wear around town. Support is not great, especially in the area around the ball of the foot; it almost feels more like a slipper than a shoe & you wouldn't want to go hiking or standing all day in these. They do run a bit long and narrow - I dropped 1/2 a size and added a width to get it to be perfect, which it now is. It's a very nice looking shoe and fits perfectly into the "dress sneaker" category. I'd buy them again, which I can't say for all of my shoes, but again I want to caution that they are not designed for all-day standing or extensive walking; they are casual, light-duty shoes.

This model seems to be offered with various uppers here. Mine look similar to the 'military' color shown, but they're actually a dark green, oiled canvas. I mention this because different uppers are going to offer different protections and a different feel. Mine were somewhat stiff when they were new, because the uppers are an oiled canvas, but they quickly became soft.
I like these shoes for 2 reasons. The first is that they look good. The second is that I love PRO-Keds. While everyone has their favorite canvas sneaker, I think PRO-Keds are just simply more comfortable then any of the other major brands and I've tried them all. They also just fit my feet better and they fit true to size. I've worn PRO-Keds for about 40 years, since I was a small child, and so they've always been my preferred canvas sneaker.

Love the shoes! Good cushioning, fit foot well, which is often challenging due to having a narrow foot. Shoe doesn’t have a moveable tongue, and is a little heavier than comparable shoes, but an excellent value!

i've owned three pairs now, and i was able to get a little over 350mi out of each pair, i think. I generally like the cushioned running shoes, even though i don't log as many miles weekly as i used to (collegiately and post, about 60-70mi). nowadays i run several times per week and mostly cycle, but these shoes held up well to sporadic use, were comfy on the occasional half-marathon, and wore as well in the rain as in the shine.
