Building upon the success of their highly sought-after Air Jordan 1 collaboration in 2018, Union LA and Air Jordan present the Union LA x Air Jordan 4 Retro 'Off Noir.' This updated design showcases a sleek black suede upper complemented by matching black mesh on the toe box and blue mesh on the collar. The semi-translucent structural wings are attached to molded red eyelets, mirroring the woven Air Jordan tag atop the padded tongue and the Nike Air logo on the heel. Drawing inspiration from an original Tinker Hatfield sketch, the TPU wings are filled in, while the typically internal AIR JORDAN tag appears uniquely exposed as if the tongue were folded over to reveal it. Adding to its distinctive character, a 'UN/LA' tag on the side panel pays homage to Union's heritage, and a yellowed midsole exudes a vintage aesthetic.

I READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING. MOST WERE POSITIVE AND I FOUND THAT WHAT OTHERS SAID WAS TRUE. THERE IS AN ARCH IN THIS SHOE. THERE IS NO ODOR FROM WEARING THIS SHOE. IT IS STYLISH AND LOOKS GOOD WITH SHORTS. I WEAR ALDEN BOOTS. I NEEDED SOMETHING BESIDES ALL MY RUNNING SHOES FOR A CRUISE THAT I AM TAKING THIS MONTH. GREAT SHOE...NO PROBLEMS.

These have been my go-to tennis shoes for years. These shoes get replaced every year(time not looks)to ensure proper fit and support. I wear them with orthotic inserts.

I don't know, as of this review, how much these shoes cost, but they are very nice leather shoes. Hubs and I went shoe shopping yesterday to get him a nice pair of dress shoes and we spent a good amount on them and they were on sale. But every man deserves at least 2 pairs of very nice dress shoes. This pair of ankle boot shoes are very well made, and the leather is gorgeous and deep brown. The soles are should last a long time and look very durable. Hubs thinks there should be one more set of eyelets, but I think the two are very attractive and stylish. I received a size 9M for review and usually he wears 9W but these shoes were a little loose on his feet. They are more like 9.5 but he can still wear them. Since they are new and stiff, he can't say they are particularly comfortable right now as they need to be broken in.

These shoes are amazing. I remembered my dad wearing these circa 1970. So, when I was looking for a Vans alternative, I thought I'd give them a try. I think I even had the kids version, but it might have been a different model. I am so glad I bought them. They are very basic, but that's all you need. I even bought a second pair in another color.
Most people would be a lot better off if they would just wear simple flat shoes like these without artificial arch support. I started wearing these about 5 days a week and my daily foot cramps are gone and my periodic plantar fasciitis has not returned.
As an added bonus, these stay good looking as I think the canvas is treated with something that repels water, etc. It makes them a bit warm at times, but it really seems to extend the time that they look good.
