Shipment processing time
All orders made before 2:00PM are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.The shipping time is about 7-10 business days via USPS.Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Bought a size 6.5 mens and fits perfect as I am an 8 womens. Cute sneaker. Just not comfortable for long walks.

The shoes look great but they are just black with shiny black squares, not charcoal and black like in the picture. Also if you're half size shoe person , like me, order the half size up. Typically I am a size 7.5, so that's what I ordered. The shoes were nearly impossible to put on. It was a very tight squeeze and my toes were a little cramped. I am going to try to exchange it for a size eight. I suggest actually going to a store if you can. I wish I could have.
TL;DR round up your shoe size when ordering (7.5 -> 8)

Very nice shoe. I like the design and the sturdiness. It's a bit large, but I can adjust. One thing I've come to expect from Rockport is that their shoes do not have enough arch support for my feet. So the extra room will accommodate an insert. I do wish it were available in wide widths.

bought these to assist in walking ,,,have a badhip and needed some cushion when walking these do the trick,,,take the harshness out of walking on concrete sidewalks

This is a nice pair of low ankle cut camo shoes for someone that does not want a pair of distracting bright colored shoes. The sole has medium flexibility and is good for all day regular play, but probably not the best for playing sports all day with friends. The sole has several layers and the rubber exterior of the sole extends high around all sides of the shoes, especially over the toes, less chance of getting your shoes wet from wet pavements, very nice! Also, it has a good medium arch support.

These are a nice sleek causal shoe, that fit as expected. They pretty much match with anything which is cool. They are comfortable and seem to be made well. I think my only complaint is the tongue. It's very thin and short, hard to get a grip on it to slip the shoe on. Otherwise overall happy with the shoe.
